Makro launches its training program in May 2009

The prestigious wholesale supermarket chain launches the program it has developed together with Tercer Término.
After completing the testing stages of the developed courses, Makro will begin training their staff in the Haedo and Mar del Plata stores using the e-Learning method, which they have been developing together with Tercer Término.

185 employees will be taking the Courses “Induction, Conflict of Interest and Ethics” and “Cashiers’ School” in the Makro University Virtual Campus.

In addition to a significant reduction in training costs, Makro hopes to accomplish unification in the criteria and contents of the courses given to their employees, distributed in their 19 stores across the country.
